Stephan Pulvermacher advises entrepreneurs and high net worth individuals on German and international asset and business succession. He is experienced in all legal issues relating to the structuring, protection and succession of private and corporate assets. Stephan primarily advises on succession processes, lifetime asset transfers and the implementation of family companies and foundation structures.
