Sylle Schreyer-Bestmann advises German and international companies on all aspects of data protection, including the structuring of business models in compliance with data protection regulations, internal data protection and international data transfer as well as protecting employee data. She drafts contracts, represents her clients before regulatory bodies and advises on all compliance issues. Sylle’s practice also covers trademark law: She provides strategic advice to her clients, sets up effective systems to protect their trademarks on a national and international level, drafts trademark licence agreements as well as represents companies before authorities and courts. Furthermore, Sylle has special expertise advising event organisers in the sports and culture sector, in particular with respect to ticket sales and taking action against the secondary ticketing market.

Sylle joined CMS in 2001 and has been a counsel since 2012.
