Timo Berenz specializes in providing legal advice on national and international energy projects – particularly in the field of renewable energies. His expertise extends to energy contract law and energy industry law. He advises plant operators, investors, energy supply companies and industrial companies on project developments, M&A transactions and contracting projects and advises on corporate law issues.
Timo Berenz also specializes in advising clients in the field of e-mobility. He supports Charge Point Operators, E-Mobility-Service-Providers, landowners and investors in the development of charging infrastructure solutions as well as in the design of B2B and B2C charging concepts.
