Dr. Tobias Vogt advises national and international companies on all aspects of employment law and labour relations. One of his main areas of expertise are labour law aspects of reorganizations including interactions with works councils and trade unions, for example in the context of negotiations on reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans. In the event of a dispute, he represents employers both in and out of court.

Tobias Vogt started his career as a lawyer at CMS in 2025. Previously, he was a research assistant at Prof. Dr Matthias Jacobs' Chair of Labour Law at Bucerius Law School, where he focused on works constitution law and strike law.
