Vera Flamme advises strategic as well as financial investors on all types of M&A transactions both on the buyer and on the seller side.

Furthermore, she has special corporate law expertise and advises medium-sized companies, groups and family businesses on an ongoing basis on all matters of corporate law, with a focus on German GmbH (limited liability company) law.

Vera joined CMS in 2017.

  • Advising capiton on the sale of Gess & Partner Group, a temporary work agency
  • Advising RT / Raiffeisen Touristik Group on the sale of shares in AERTiCKET, the world's largest airline ticket wholesaler, and on the acquisition of Explorer Fernreisen, a tour operator
  • Advising CMP on the acquisition of MN Coil Servicecenter GmbH, an automotive supplier
  • Advising capiton on the sale of Schwanenmühle Group, a manufacturer of special electro-technical products used in high voltage applications
