Vera Flamme advises strategic as well as financial investors on all types of M&A transactions both on the buyer and on the seller side.

Furthermore, she has special corporate law expertise and advises medium-sized companies, groups and family businesses on an ongoing basis on all matters of corporate law, with a focus on German GmbH (limited liability company) law.

Vera joined CMS in 2017.
