Viet Nguyen's advisory practice focusses on investment law and financial services regulation. He specialises in structuring and advising open-end and closed-end investment funds as well as assisting institutional investors when acquiring fund investments. Viet also advises banks, financial service providers and capital management companies on regulatory issues and the corresponding licensing procedures.
