The draft bill of the Act to Modernise Partnership Law (Gesetz zur Modernisierung des Personengesellschaftsrechts) is set to fundamentally reshape partnerships under German civil law. The existing law is in parts outdated and is being reformed and adapted in line with the practical needs of today’s business world.
