Irene Miró is Partner of the Corporate / M&A department at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo. She possesses vast experience in advising domestic and international clients on corporate and commercial law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company law, business restructuring, commercial contracting and corporate governance.

Relevant experience

  • Irene has advised leading companies in their sectors on a wide variety of transactions such as Telefónica on the execution of capital increase for an amour of more than EUR 3 billion via public share offering, or Acciona on the reorganisation of the group's property activity.
  • She also has extensive experience in commercial law, dealing with matters such as general terms and conditions, outsourcing agreements or distribution agreements, on which she generally advises both national and international clients.
