Press release

Imerys, the world's leading supplier of mineral-based specialty solutions for the industry, has successfully completed a new bond issue for an amount of €600 million as well as a cash tender offer on its existing bonds maturing on 15 January 2027.

The new bonds are admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. They bear interest at a rate of 4% per annum and will mature on 21 November 2032.

The net proceeds of the issue of the new bonds are to be used for Imerys' general corporate purposes, including the financing of the concurrent tender offer.

CMS Francis Lefebvre acted as legal advisor to Imerys with a team comprised of Marc-Etienne Sébire, partner, Myriam Issad, counsel, and Victor Delion, associate.

The bank syndicate, advised by Clifford Chance Europe LLP, was comprised of BNP PARIBAS, Commerzbank, CIC, MUFG, Natixis and Société Générale.
