CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the main director of Goëmar on the acquisition of the group by Arysta LifeScience Limited from BeCapital and Pechel Industries.
Goëmar is based in Saint-Malo, France, and is a global manufacturer and supplier of biostimulation, biocontrol and innovative nutrition for plants, including Physio Activator and natural defence technologies.
