CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre assisted the Ekkio Capital fund and other sellers on tax and HR aspects of the sale of Amatsigroup to Eurofins.

Amatsigroup, a specialist in analysis and formulation of drugs for pharmaceutical laboratories, which had been supported by Ekkio Capital since 2010, was the subject of an acquisition by the listed group Eurofins, valuing it at €170 million or 14 times Ebitda. The purchaser Eurofins is the world leader in testing biopharmaceutical products.

For this transaction, Ekkio Capital and the other sellers were advised by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with Laurent Hepp (partner), Philippe Gosset and Vincent Forestier on tax aspects and Vincent Delage (partner), Titrite Baamouche and Céline Renault-Cossoul on employment law aspects and Jennifer Morin-Lucas on optional welfare protection.
