Vincent Delage joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1999 and became a partner in 2010. 

He practices in employment, labour and pensions law with a focus on managing individual and collective workplace relations and employee savings schemes. He also advises clients on the status of senior executives (corporate offices and senior managers) and ensures the labour relations aspects of corporate restructuring and reorganisation are implemented and monitored. 

His clients include companies in the pharmaceutical, information technology, advertising and media, communications, social housing, aeronautics, property, transport and logistics, and agri-food sectors.
