Astorg Partners have completed the re-acquisition from NiXEN Partners, Crédit Agricole Private Equity, Euromezzanine and the Desjonquères family (3DS), of the entire equity in French group Saverglass.
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the Desjonquères family (3DS) as to the corporate aspects of the transaction through Philippe Rosenpick, Partner and Arnaud Hugot, and as to the tax aspects through Laurent Hepp, Partner.
