CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Trigano on merger concentration rules as part of the buyback of Adria Mobil.
Trigano and Adria Mobil are both involved in leisure vehicle (camper vans, caravans and mobile homes) construction and marketing in Europe. After examining the effects of the merger, the French competition authority authorised the operation. Authorisations were also issued by the national competition authorities in Spain and Germany.
With regard to the merger concentration control aspects of this operation, Trigano was advised by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre with Denis Redon, Vincent Lorieul and Marine Bonnier, in liaison with CMS Hasche Sigle in Germany (Harald Kahlenberg and Lena Heim) and CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo in Spain (Patricia Liñán and Aida Oviedo Martinez). CMS in Slovenia contributed with regard to the corporate and competition aspects of the project, with Aleš Lunder and Luka Pregelj.
