At the ordinary general meeting of 25 June 2013, the partners of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre appointed three new members to the firm's Supervisory Board for a three-year term: Antoine Gendreau, Philippe Grousset and Philippe Tournès. They join Pierre-Sébastien Thill (President), Jean Guilmoto (Vice-President), Laurent Hepp and Nicolas de Sevin, whose term of office will continue until June 2015.
Antoine Gendreau, 51, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1989 and was co-opted as a partner in 2000. Specialising in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies Law, he holds a DEA in Private International Law (1985) and a DEA in Commercial Law (1986) from the University of Paris I.
Philippe Grousset, 53, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1986 and was co-opted as a partner in 1998. Specialised in taxation, he holds a Master II degree in Commercial Law (1985) from the DJCE of Montpellier. This is his third term of office on the Supervisory Board. He was previously elected in 2004 and then in 2007. He is also a director and former president of the IACF.
Philippe Tournès, 54, joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1985 and was co-opted as a partner in 1997. Specialising in VAT, he holds a Masters in Commercial Law (1983) and a DESS in Commercial Law and Taxation (1984) from the University of Paris I. This is his third term on the Supervisory Board. He was previously elected in 2004 and in 2007.
