CMS Francis Lefebvre advised MEAG for the off-plan acquisition from JB Développement of a partly refrigerated storage warehouse with ancillary office and social premises.
The asset, located near Amiens, will have a floor area of approximately 13,233 sqm, includes more than 150 parking spaces and will be fully leased to Auchan Retail Logistique for a firm period of 9 years.
In order to meet energy performance requirements, the asset will be equipped with a photovoltaic plant.
CMS Francis Lefebvre assisted MEAG in the due diligence, negotiation and execution of the contractual documentation relating to the off-plan acquisition of the asset and in the drafting, negotiation and execution of the commercial lease in the future state of completion with the tenant Auchan Retail Logistique.
