Amélie Retureau joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2004 and became a partner in 2021. 

She practices in tax law, with a focus on VAT, corporation tax, and payroll taxes. 

She advises and assists companies in the day-to-day management of value-added tax (applicable VAT regime, determining deduction eligibility, implications for payroll tax, organising internal VAT procedures, implementing electronic invoicing, etc.). She also consults on specific assignments (acquisition audits, transactions, lobbying) and tax audits (providing support during on-site operations, adversarial procedures with the tax authorities, and litigation). 

Amélie Retureau has extensive experience in the property (VAT and transfer taxes on asset deals) and digital sectors (platforms and e-commerce).
