CMS Francis Lefebvre advised the DEKA Immobilien Group on the acquisition from TARAMEA 2 of an office property located at 17 avenue Hoche in Paris (75008).
This property was (i) completely restructured by the seller, so that DEKA acquired a new building and (ii) leased to the tenant Avisa Partners under a commercial lease in the future state of completion for a period of twelve firm years.
CMS Francis Lefebvre assisted DEKA in the due diligence, in the negotiation of the commercial lease in the future state of completion and of the contractual documentation relating to the acquisition of the property.
