in the sale of the Le Colisée building to Nexity

CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats advised Deka Immobilien GmbH in the sale of its Le Colisée office building to the developer Nexity and participated in the drafting and negotiation of the sales contract documentation.

Built in 1996, Le Colisée is located in the town bordering Saint-Ouen, north of Paris, and has a surface area of more than 13,000 m² and 251 parking spaces.

For this transaction, Deka Immobilien GmbH was advised by CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats (Benjamin Bill, partner lawyer, and François Hillmeyer, lawyer, for legal aspects, and Amélie Retureau, lawyer, and Morgan Toanen, lawyer for tax aspects), and by C&C Notaires.

The buyer, Nexity, was advised by Etude Cheuvreux.

The call for tenders was organised by the real estate advisors Savills and Jones Lang Lasalle.
