CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats announces the cooptation of four new partners:
Annabelle Bailleul-Mirabaud, Damien Decolasse, Ludovic Duguet and Thomas Laumière.
Of the over 400 lawyers, now 112 are partners.
Annabelle Bailleul-Mirabaud, 40, joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2003, after several months at the firm’s New York office. A specialist in international taxation, she advises multinational groups on cross-border operations (transfer pricing, taxation of international flows, intra-group financing) and assists them with tax audits and litigation. She also focuses on structuring and implementing worldwide incentive plans. She graduated from HEC in 2001and also holds a Master’s degree in Management (Università Bocconi in Milan) and a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Corporate Legal Advice (Université Paris XI-Sceaux, 2001).
Damien Decolasse, 39, joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2003. Specialised in labour law, he covers matters relating to collective negotiation and employee representative bodies, employee profit sharing plans, restructuring operations, social security contributions audits, international mobility and individual termination of employment contracts. He has a Post-graduate degree (DJCE) in Corporate Legal Advice from Paris II University (2001) as well as a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Business and Tax Law.
Ludovic Duguet, 44, joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2006. He specialises in corporate taxation and focuses specifically on restructuring operations, taxation of groups and support in monitoring tax audits and litigation. He also works in the area of social housing. He graduated from HEC in 1996, majoring in international legal and taxation strategy. He also has a post-graduate degree (DESS) in International Taxation (Université Paris XI-Sceaux, 1996).
Thomas Laumière, 38, joined CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats in 2006 after a V.I.E. (Volunteer for International Experience) programme at the New York office in 2005. His work focuses primarily on matters associated with taxation pertaining to the creation and transfer of personal and/or professional assets. He advises high-net-worth individuals corporate executives, the asset management services of various financial institutions, family offices and wealth managers, athletes and artists. He graduated from EDHEC in 2002, majoring in law and taxation, and he also has a post-graduate degree (DESS) in Tax Law (Université Nice-Sophia Antipolis, 2003).
