Ludovic Duguet joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2006 and became a partner in 2017.

He practices in tax law with a particular focus on the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions (structuring, negotiations, due diligence, etc.).

Ludovic Duguet advises clients on corporate group taxation, managing taxable income, and applying for advance tax rulings. He also represents them in tax litigation proceedings.
