Damien Decolasse joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2002 and became a partner in 2018.  

He practices in employment, labour and pensions law and has a particular focus on the organisation of working time, pay policy, relations with employee representatives and collective bargaining, employment protection plans, European harmonisation of HR policies, retirement and benefit plans and management of international mobility, national and international restructuring projects, setting up employee shareholding schemes, mergers & acquisitions, spin-offs, secondment and expatriation of employees, company audits, social security audits, hiring, and termination of individual employment contracts.
