CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Citigroup, Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft, Natixis, Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking and UniCredit Bank, as Lead Arrangers, on the first listed issue of home loan bond by La Banque Postale Home Loan SFH, carried out as part of its 10 billion euro EMTN programme.
For this first issue, La Banque Postale Home Loan SFH raised 1 billion euros at a rate of 1.875% with a maturity of seven years. These home loan bonds enjoy a AAA rating from Standars & Poors Rating Services.
