Ceetrus, a commercial real estate company and mixed-use real estate developer of the Auchan Group, has successfully issued its first Green Bond placed with institutional investors for a total amount of €300 million.
The funds raised through this operation will be used to finance and/or refinance green assets or new and/or existing projects that meet the criteria defined by Ceetrus’ Green Bond Framework available on its website.
BNP Paribas and Natixis acted as Global Coordinators and Green Structurors for this bond issue and with Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, ING and Société Générale as joint lead managers. The bonds bear interest at the rate of 2.750% per annum and have a maturity of seven years. They have been admitted to trading on the regulated market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since 26 November 2019.
