First listed bond issue by biomérieux: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advisor to the lead manager

bioMérieux, the French in vitro diagnostics group, successfully completed its first issue on the bond market. More than four times oversubscribed, the issue on 14 October 2013 was taken up by institutional investors for a total nominal amount of €300,000,000. The annual coupon was 2.875%. The bonds mature on 14 October 2020.

The bonds were accepted for trading on the regulated NYSE Euronext market in Paris and the prospectus for the transaction was approved by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF) on 10 October 2013.

In relation to this transaction, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised BNP Paribas, HSBC Bank plc and Natixis, acting as Overall Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners, and Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank and Société Générale, acting as Joint Bookrunners.
