CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Orrick Rambaud Martel act as advisors for Groupe Adeo SA’s first bond issue
CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as legal advisor for CM-CIC Securities, lead manager for Groupe Adeo SA's inaugural bond issue.
The 2.75%, 7-year bonds were issued by Groupe Adeo SA in an aggregate nominal amount of €100,000,000 on 30 January 2013.
Groupe Adeo SA was advised by Orrick Rambaud Martel.
The bonds are listed on the NYSE Euronext exchange in Paris. The prospectus for the offering was granted visa no.13-020 by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 25 January 2013.
During the transaction, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team comprised Marc-Etienne Sébire, head of the Capital Markets group, plus associates Rosetta Ferrère and Yaël Fitoussi.
The Orrick Rambaud Martel team was made up of Louis de Longeaux, Partner, and associate Mathilde de Sampigny, as well as Anne-Sophie Kerfant, Partner, for fiscal matters, and Alexis Marraud des Grottes, Partner, for corporate matters.
