Inaugural bond issue of 500 million euros for the Compagnie Plastic Omnium; CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the banking syndicate

On 29 May 2013, Compagnie Plastic Omnium successfully carried out an inaugural bond issue for 500 million euros bearing interest at 2.875% and maturing in 2020. The bonds are listed on Euronext Paris and have not been rated. The income from this issue will be used for the general financing needs of the Group as part of its growth strategy and will support the structure of the Group's financing.

The lead banks for this bond issue were Deutsche Bank, Natixis and The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Compagnie Plastic Omnium was advised by the White & Case LLP team, led by Philippe Herbelin and Séverin Robillard, Lawyers at the Paris office and Elsa Imbernon, Lawyer, assisted by Bénédicte Braquehaye and Adeline Poucheparadj.

The banking syndicate was advised by the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team, composed of Marc-Etienne Sébire, Lawyer and Head of Capital Markets, and Rosetta Ferrère, Lawyer.
