The long-standing shareholder and Sofipaca transferred all of their shareholdings as part of this LBO.

Extruflex Group is the world leader in flexible, extruded PVC to form straps and panels for the production of strap curtains, swing doors and high-speed doors sold to architects, contractors, builders, distributors of plastic products, purveyors of industrial supplies, welding specialists, food manufacturers and healthcare operators.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team consisted of: Alexandre Delhaye (partner) and Solenne Gilles for the Corporate/M&A aspects, and Laurent Hepp (partner), Philippe Gosset and Damien Basson for tax aspects including the tax structuring of the LBO.

The 'Initiative et Finance' and 'A Plus Finance' funds were advised by Lamartine Conseil, represented by Fabien Mauvais and Camille Le Foyer Costil (Corporate/M&A).

The banks were advised by Volt Associés (Alexandre Tron).
