Mersen transfers its Saint Loup de Naud site: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises Mersen

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre acted as counsel to Mersen (Euronext FR0000039620 - MRN) in connection with the transfer to the German group Flohe of its business sector operating at the Saint-Loup de Naud site (Seine-et-Marne), dedicated to the manufacture and sale of high-power energy distribution and control equipment.

For this deal the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team advising Mersen included Alexandre Delhaye (partner) and Célia Mayran (associate) for Corporate/M&A matters, Lionel Lenczner (partner) for tax matters, Aline Divo (partner) and Arnaud Valverde (associate) for real estate matters and Céline Cloché-Dubois (counsel) for environmental matters.
