Arnaud Valverde joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2015.

He has extensive experience in the field of real estate management and especially commercial leases (notably leases in a future station of completion) as well as in real estate sales transactions (such as sale and leaseback transactions). He works on all types of assets (offices, co-working spaces, retail, residential, hotels, and logistics).

As part of his activity, Arnaud mainly assists foreign clients, including investors and occupiers.
