Patrimoine & Commerce bond: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advisor to Crédit Agricole CIB

14/01/2015

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre was legal advisor to Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, acting as lead arranger for the bond issue by Patrimoine & Commerce in two stages:

  • one for €17,500,000 bearing interest at 3.191% p.a. and maturing on 19 December 2019; and
  • the other for €12,500,000 bearing interest at 3.463% p.a. and maturing on 19 December 2021.

Patrimoine & Commerce completed its issue in the form of a Euro PP private bond placement. The bonds were accepted for trading on Euronext Paris, a regulated market.

This transaction is part of the company's strategy to diversify its funding sources, reinforcing its financial flexibility and extending its debt maturity under advantageous conditions, and gives Patrimoine & Commerce new investment capacities.

The prospectus for the two bond issues was approved by the AMF (French financial markets authority) on 18 December 2014 and is available on the issuer's website (www.patrimoine-commerce.com) as well as the AMF website (www.amf-france.org).

For this transaction, the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team comprised Marc-Etienne Sébire, partner, and Myriam Issad and Marine Froger, advisors.
