The firms CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Symchowicz - Weissberg & Associés and Frêche & Associés advised on the road partnership contract agreed between the Cantal department and Eurovia. The 20-year contract, signed on 12 July, related to the financing, design and construction, maintenance, upkeep and renewal of more than 10km of the RD120, a secondary road through the department. The project aims to improve user safety, particularly by improving traffic flow.
Long-term financing is being provided by Auxifip, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring, as arranger, the Caisse Régionale du Crédit Agricole Mutuel Centre France and Oseo (BPI France).
For this operation, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised Auxifip, the Caisse Régionale du Crédit Agricole Mutuel Centre France and Oseo with partner François Tenailleau and Kawthar Ben Khelil for project and public law aspects and partner Laurent Mion, with Magali Beraud and Alexandre Bordenave, for financing aspects.
Symchowicz - Weissberg & Associés advised the Cantal department, with partner Pierre Le Bouedec and Romain Lauret.
Frêche & Associés advised Eurovia, with partner Roland de Moustier.
