Royal Unibrew’s acquisition of Etablissements Geyer Frères

CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats adviser of the buyer

CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats advised Royal Unibrew A/S - a leading beverage provider mainly in Northern Europe and Italian markets as well as in international malt beverage markets - in the acquisition of 100% of Etablissements Geyer Frères. This deal included indirectly its US wholly owned subsidiary Lorina Inc., which owns the brands LORINA craft lemonade, PureThé and InFreshhh focused on organic and local products.

For this transaction, Royal Unibrew’s legal counsels were CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats (France), Holland & Knight (United States) and Fidal.
