Sale of Extruflex: CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advises the shareholders and managers

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the shareholders and managers of Extruflex on the transfer of the Extruflex group to its managers and to the investment funds A Plus Finance and Sofipaca.

With a turnover of nearly 23 million euros in 2012 and an EBITDA of approximately 12%, Extruflex is the world leader in the field of flexible PVC extrusion of strips and sheets for the manufacture of strip curtains, swing doors, and high speed doors offered to architects, contractors, construction companies, plastic distributors, industrial suppliers, welding specialists as well as to the agri-food, health and aerospace industries.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team consisted of: Isabelle Buffard-Bastide (partner), Alexandre Delhaye, Thomas Hains and Solenne Gilles for corporate/M&A aspects and Laurent Hepp (partner) and Philippe Gosset for tax aspects.

The fund A Plus Finance was advised by Gide Loyrette Nouël's Pierre Karpik and Louis Oudot de Dainville (Corporate/M&A).
