Anne-Flore joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2018. Prior to that, she worked for three years as an associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Linklaters in Paris, followed by one year in the Mergers & Acquisitions department of Lacourte Raquin Tatar.
She focuses mainly on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate law. She advises both corporate groups and investment funds on their acquisition and divestment transactions.
Anne-Flore holds two Master’s degrees from the University of Paris II (Master II in Business and Tax Law, and Master II in Banking and Financial Law) and was admitted to the Bar in November 2012.
She is fluent in English.
