CMS Francis Lefebvre acted as legal counsel to the sellers of Hôpital Privé de Provence in the context of its acquisition by the Saint-Gatien Group.
Founded in 1975, the private hospital structure initially consisted of two establishments in Aix-en-Provence (the Polyclinique du Parc Rambot and the Polyclinique du Parc Rambot-Provençale). At the same time as the Saint-Gatien Group acquired a minority stake in 2018, the HPP Group inaugurated the "Hôpital Privé de Provence" facility in the south of Aix-en-Provence, the result of the merger of its two historical structures: 30,000 m² on 12 hectares, 319 beds and places and 25 operating rooms.
In just a few years, the HPP Group has become a regional reference with a unique and recognized medical expertise. Numerous development projects are also underway (second consultation center, increase in the number of operating rooms, etc.) and will complete the medical offer of this unique establishment in the region.
Through this acquisition, the Saint-Gatien Group strengthens its presence in the South of France by taking control of an establishment with a turnover of more than €60 million and more than 250 practitioners.
