CMS advises Bechtle on its acquisition of Inmac Wstore

CMS advised Bechtle AG, one of the leading independent IT systems integrators, with around 8,600 employees and listed on the TecDAX technology index, on its acquisition of Inmac Wstore, an IT business product retailer. The acquisition is the largest in the history of Bechtle AG. Inmac Wstore employs more than 400 people with a turnover of around €420 million.

Bechtle AG was advised for this operation by CMS France and CMS Germany.
