Anne-Sophie Rostaing joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2002 and became a partner in 2016.

She practices in direct taxation, particularly corporate taxation (acquisitions, restructuring, tax consolidation, tax audits and tax litigation), and property tax (for property funds such as SIICs, SCPIs and OPCIs).

Her main clients include REITs, real estate management companies, real estate developers, privately-owned real estate groups, as well as large French and international groups operating mainly in the industrial, construction and insurance sectors.
