Arthur August joined the Litigation & Arbitration department of CMS Francis Lefebvre in January 2024. Prior to joining CMS, he worked for two renowned Parisian law firms.
He assists the firm's clients before national courts and arbitral tribunals in complex litigation, mainly in an international context, in civil and commercial matters as well as in white-collar crime.
He has a particular focus on arbitration and regularly acts in international arbitration proceedings.
