Charlotte joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2015 after four years as an associate specialized in labor law for Bredin Prat in Paris.

She advices both French and international companies on employment law matters, both on individual work relations (employment contracts, international mobility, termination of employment relations, …) and on collective relations (restructuring, employees representatives, collective bargaining, profit sharing issues, …). She has developed a specific expertise in assisting employers organizations.

Charlotte also assists her clients on employment aspects of M&A transactions, and with litigation in all employment matters (both collective litigations and individual litigations)

Charlotte is fluent in English.
