Claire is an associate in our real estate department. 

Claire advises French and international investors, developers and users on real estate law issues. She is involved in the acquisition, sale, commercial leases, leases in the future state of completion, professional leases, transfer of lease rights, transfer of business as a going concern and construction. 

She is involved in advisory, drafting and litigation assignments.

Claire joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in July 2018.
