CMS Francis Lefebvre advised Arcade Holding on the sale of the Arcade group companies to the Kurita group

CMS Francis Lefebvre has advised Arcade Holding on the sale of the Arcade group companies in France, Germany, Switzerland, and Singapore to the Kurita group.

The Arcade group is an innovative engineering group specialised in the research and development, design and installation of water treatment and processing plants and in the construction of electric switchboards.

The Kurita group, whose parent company is listed in Japan, has had technological know-how in water treatment since its foundation in 1949 and now has a global footprint.

For this transaction, the CMS Francis Lefebvre team advising Arcade Holding was coordinated by Alexandra Rohmert, partner, and composed of:

  • Alexandra Rohmert, partner, Benoît Provost, partner, Vincent Desbenoit and Louise Paysant, associates, for the Corporate/M&A aspects;
  • François Hellio, partner, Benoit Foucher, counsel, and Diane Auther, associates, for the tax law aspects;
