Florentin Sanson joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2017 and became a partner in 2024.
He practices in intellectual property law and information technology law. He advises clients on copyright law, entertainment, media, advertising, e-commerce, commercial law and data protection. He also acts for them in litigation proceedings. He has developed a very significant practice advising on the legal aspects of the production and exploitation of audiovisual, cinematographic, musical, literary, and advertising works.
