François joined CMS Francis Lefebvre's corporate - private equity team in 2021.
He has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring management packages for private equity and capital markets transactions. He mainly assists founders, management teams and employees in these transactions.
François also assists companies and industrial groups in structuring incentive plans for their teams.
François has previously developed this expertise with leading Anglo-Saxon and French firms. He speaks French and English.
