Guillaume Bossy is a partner lawyer in the employment law department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon.

He mainly intervenes in counsel and in litigation in employment law and in cooperation with his partners in employment criminal law and in social protection law. He daily advises, pragmatically, companies about legal aspects of individual and collective labour relations. He co-manages with his partner François Coutard a team of 11 lawyers dedicated to employment law, in litigation as well as in advising.

Guillaume has strong experience as well as expertise notably within the field of restructuring (job preservation plans, mergers, reorganisations, renegotiations of working time, etc.), employee representation bodies and in employment relations management. He intervenes in a multidisciplinary way with the other departments of the law firm on complex legal issues.

Lawyer for 15 years, Guillaume Bossy joined the law firm in 2001.

He is the host on a regular basis of conferences and formations for the ANDRH (National Association of Human Resources Department) and for clients.
