Laure Guilmet joined CMS Francis Lefebvre's Employment Doctrine team in 2019, before joining a team in the Employment Department in 2021. Specialised in labour and social protection law, she advises and litigates in particular on individual work relations (drafting of employment contracts, implementation of dismissal procedures, negotiation of settlement agreements, management of workplace health issues, harassment, working hours, work organisation, equal treatment, etc.) and collective relations (management of worker’s representatives, collective bargaining, restructuring, etc.).
