Ludovique Clavreul joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2006 and became a partner in 2024. 

She practices in employment law, with a particular focus on collective bargaining negotiations, personnel representation, organisation of working time, pay, gender equality, corporate restructuring, litigation, and senior management status. Ludovique Clavreul also works in compliance and internal investigations.  

Ludovique Clavreul advises large French and international groups in both the public and private sectors.
