Mathieu Daudé joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2004. Mathieu is a lawyer in the International Taxation team. He advises and litigates in matters involving international, intra-group transaction issues (restructuring, transfer pricing) for French and foreign multinationals. He regularly advises international businesses on the application of tax treaties, restructuring (mergers, financing or refinancing operations, asset transfers).

His clients include several major players in the pharmaceutical sector, and he is able to offer them cross-border assistance, thanks to his close relationship with the CMS network’s partner firms in Germany, UK, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy and the United States.

He also works in international property development as well as in international asset taxation, residency, estate or international asset restructuring issues. He has developed a particular experience on the treatment of trusts in regards to the french Tax law.
