CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the Sarraquigne family, owner of Sénéquier Saint-Tropez, on the sale of the company’s shares to a structure controlled by the Tafanel family. Upon completion of the transaction, Thierry Bourdoncle was appointed manager of Sénéquier Saint-Tropez, which operates the Sénéquier brasserie and pastry shop.
