CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the Sarraquigne family on the sale of Sénéquier Saint-Tropez

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre advised the Sarraquigne family, owner of Sénéquier Saint-Tropez, on the sale of the company’s shares to a structure controlled by the Tafanel family. Upon completion of the transaction, Thierry Bourdoncle was appointed manager of Sénéquier Saint-Tropez, which operates the Sénéquier brasserie and pastry shop.

The CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre team included partner Philippe Rosenpick and lawyers Alexandre Delhaye and Cécile Leclerc, who advised on corporate aspects, and partner Pierre Dedieu and lawyer Mathieu Daudé, who advised on tax issues.

The buyer was advised by Piro & Perrot, with Fabrice Piro and Pierre-Jean Piro advising on legal and tax aspects.
