Pierre has been working with CMS Francis Lefebvre since 1999 when he joined the international tax team, and became a partner in 2009.
Pierre advises :
- on all areas of personal tax and estate planning, with a particular emphasis on cross border tax advice.
- on the establishment and management of international asset-holding structures, has experience in planning for entrepreneurs, fund managers and senior executives.
- on the tax structuring of cross-border real estate investment.
Pierre has also an important litigation practice in those areas and regularly assists clients facing complex tax enquiries or reassessments before the French tax administration and before the competent jurisdictions.
